TPWH S3Ep01 LOVE: 5 Steps to Real LOVE transcript

 

Welcome back to the Power We Hold podcast. I'm your host,

 

Vanessa Albury, and I'm so delighted to be here with you. So as many of you

 

already know, this podcast is all about my journey as an artist,

 

an eco -friendly visual artist, a spiritual coach and an international speaker, and my

 

learning process for becoming a better ally to people of all our beautiful

 

differences and steward of the planet, right? It's housed under my greater eco -art

 

healing project, coral projects, and we have conversations with people from all over

 

the world that go in depth on different perspectives,

 

difficult topics. I love having conversations about especially difficult topics like

 

what's really getting at us because I think that's where like the healing really can

 

go quickly right so in the end for me it's all about how do we create a beautiful

 

life experience here on earth for all of us to live our most fulfilling authentic

 

version of our human life experience together that's what that's what I'm all about

 

that's what I'm here for so normally I start out with a little update on me and

 

oh my gosh you guys it's been almost a year it's been almost a year it's been 11

 

months since my last episode aired and um will you forgive me please forgive me

 

life has been going full speed since then i will update you at the end of the

 

episode on what's new in my world um

 

Is that okay? We'll just call this season three, okay? I really want to talk about

 

love, right? So let's just get right into it. It's all about our love So shall it

 

be forever? Love me some shaw day. Mm -hmm. Okay,

 

so yesterday was Valentine's Day, right? And I like to take Valentine's Day as an

 

opportunity to remind myself that in every single moment, every single day,

 

love is available for me right now. It's available for you right now.

 

And Valentine's Day is a really beautiful day to receive that reminder, right?

 

So Are you available for love? That's really the question.

 

Are you open? Are you willing to let it in? And I'm not just talking about like

 

romantic love. Yeah, romantic love is wonderful, right? But I'm talking about genuine,

 

unconditional love. This is self -love. This is your capacity to love anyone or

 

anything. It's generated in your capacity to love yourself,

 

to receive that infinite energy of love into your system. I like to tell my

 

clients, we are infinite beings having a finite experience in a human corporeal skin

 

bag is what I like to call it. There's a bag of bones I'm moving around in. Of

 

course, your body is so much more than a bag of bones, right? But the idea is

 

like this infinite energy that you are is being expressed through this finite

 

experience and the infinite truth of who you are and what you are is love.

 

That's what you are. That's why love always wins. You are a love being. Take it or

 

leave it, right?

 

So there's

 

a lot right now that's upsetting in the world, okay? And I see that,

 

I know that, I'm aware, right? I know a lot of people are upset about the

 

president, a lot of people are upset about his cabinet, a lot of people are upset

 

about Elon Musk, and the new era of apartheid with Palestine and Israel and trash

 

on the streets like you name it there's something to be upset about right and I've

 

developed some strategies to move through these upsets and still land myself

 

in my own peace and my own acceleration and my own best version of my life. And

 

so is it okay that I share with you some of these things that I've learned and

 

that I share with my clients? Is that all right? Maybe you'll enjoy them. Maybe

 

there's something for you here. I

 

want to ask, you know, when you see thing or hear about something that's upsetting

 

you, you know, does it help you to keep your attention in that 24 -hour news cycle

 

on that thing? Does it help you? Are you able to do anything about it because

 

you're glued to the television or like glued to the chat radio station about it?

 

Like are you contributing in a positive way? Because what I know is that where your

 

focus goes, your energy flows, right? And so if you're focused on the problem on

 

the negative, yes, okay, be aware. But if that's where you let yourself stay,

 

well, you're just lending your energy into the negativity, Right?

 

And if you're retelling the same story, that I see people do this all the time. I

 

was just on a discovery call with a client yesterday and she kept telling me these

 

stories that one, I've heard before, okay? And I don't need to hear it again. And

 

two, that I can tell they're just like a root that she just keeps trotting down.

 

It's like she just keeps trotting that path deeper and deeper and deeper until it

 

becomes this, you know, tried and true pathway. Is that the pathway you want for

 

yourself? That pain, that negativity, that awful story? Is that the story you want

 

to keep telling? You know, we,

 

we attract what we are. Law of attraction, right? The universal law,

 

law of attraction. Where you're resonating, where you're vibrating, that's what you're

 

attracting to you. The exact mirror of that, the exact energy frequency of whatever

 

that is. So that's why two people can have the exact same experience but walk away

 

with a different impression of that experience or even move through it with a

 

totally different energy, right? So do you want to struggle with everything that

 

upsets you? Do you want to just live in that upset? Some people, that's where they

 

want to stay. You know, there's a, the Dr. Hawkins scale of vibration or like fear

 

and anger are the lower vibrations like at 50, but then as you move up you get

 

neutral and and as you go all the way up at the top of the scale it's

 

love joy peace ascension okay those energies are very very big vibrations they they

 

are broad spectrum they're like very broad, very broad vibrations.

 

If you stay in the fear that's a very small vibration and you just perpetuate that

 

experience, but if you can allow yourself to move into the bigger vibration, the

 

universal vibration of love, at least start there. Go into joy and peace.

 

Your life changes. The world around you changes so you can keep your attention

 

focused on all the trash all the trash there's so much trash everywhere but if

 

you're just focusing there you're not allowing your feelings to move through you're

 

not allowing yourself to have a new experience of it

 

you're just gonna stay there right and just gonna attract more dirt and trash,

 

right? Okay, so I have five steps for you that I'm going to share.

 

And these five steps are a beautiful, easy way to shift your vibration,

 

shift your feelings, shift your energy around anything you're upset about. Okay, does

 

that sound good? I think it sounds amazing. That's why I've made my life about this

 

work and dedicate myself to it. So some pointers to start out. First pointer.

 

Well, we already said it. You attract, you attract what you are,

 

not what you want. You attract where you're vibrating, where you're resonating. You

 

attract anything else at that same vibration and your vibration is created through

 

your conscious your subconscious and your super conscious mind. The biggest driver

 

here is your subconscious mind. It's like 90 % that I'm doing 90 % of the work and

 

that's not where your conscious mind has any control, right? So what you want it

 

just doesn't really factor in so much as where your subconscious is vibrating.

 

So wherever you're wounded, wherever you have, yeah, places to heal. And I have some

first pointer, you attract what you are, right? Not what you want.

 

okay the second thing if you're having an uncomfortable feeling if something is very

 

uncomfortable and very confrontational for you that's something to be grateful for not

 

a lot of people are not going to like that idea that could be very triggering

 

triggering for people right that like your worst experience of your life as a gift,

 

you're welcome.

 

I'm not saying go abuse other people to give them a gift. That's not what I'm

 

saying. What I'm saying is you've attracted that experience so that the universe can

 

show you exactly where your healing needs to be applied. It gives you that precise

 

location. It's right here, right there. That's where the healing goes. If your upset

 

is just small and you can kind of breeze past it, well do you think you're gonna

 

put much attention or awareness there? No, but if it's big,

 

if it's massive, if it really interrupts your day, right, you're gonna pay attention,

 

right? The universe is getting your attention. So the underlining pointer point or

 

three is This is the way the universe works first. It gives you a message like

 

Check this out and you're like la la la all kind of notice it, but I don't really

 

notice it La la la you don't really pay attention. Okay, then it's like Tap tap

 

tap yo you listening Look at this and you're like,

 

"Huh. Oh, la la la. Keep going." I gave it a glance and I'm keeping going. It's

 

like, "Hey, you." And it stands right in front of you and it's like yelling at

 

you. "This, look at this thing that is upsetting you." You're like, "No,

 

I'm not gonna do it." If you still don't listen, then you have a big upset in

 

your life. like you get really sick or you break a leg or you get in a car

 

accident and it's like okay now are you gonna listen now are you gonna know you're

 

gonna pay attention and that thing could kill you right like if you're not listening

 

to the clues to the keys to the guidance of the universe you will fall out of

 

alignment with super consciousness you'll fall out of alignment with the order of the

 

universe, and then you transition. That's how many people transition in those sudden

 

death situations, right?

 

Yeah, I remember I'm super woo -woo, so that's that's the kind of talk you're gonna

 

get here. Don't forget, right? Woo -hoo for woo -woo! That's how I feel about it.

 

So, okay, and then the last pointer before we get into those five steps is your

 

feelings cannot hurt you if you feel them.

 

The key here is you must feel your feelings. You can't take a peek,

 

slam the door, and keep going. You have to let them move through you. Emotions are

 

like water, they're energy and motion.

 

You have to let them flow, okay? Okay, so here's my five steps for instantly

 

improving your feeling and your experience of something that you don't like, okay?

 

So step one, feel, identify the feeling,

 

(static buzzing)

 

There might first be a nice good feeling feeling and let that

 

Move a beautiful smile across your face, but then there might be an uncomfortable

 

feeling In your heart and your shoulder Some part of your body That's where you

 

want to put your attention and it's again. It's not to wallow in that feeling but

 

it's to identify it.

 

The bigger the feeling is, the better, right? Because then it really has your

 

attention. It's very clear, right? Okay,

 

so that's step one. Feel. What is there? Let the emotions flow Through you Your

 

feelings can only hurt you if you don't feel them That's when they become the scary

 

monster in the closet But when you open the closet door and turn on the light and

 

look through all your clothes and all your things and you don't find a monster You

 

just find your stuff. That's exactly what it's like to feel all of your feelings

 

It's safe to feel your feelings, especially the ones that are uncomfortable.

 

These are the most important feelings to feel because you transmute them as you feel

 

them through this process. So step two, and you can actually do this before step

 

one, but I'm putting it after step one because very important to feel. Do you feel

 

good in your body right now?

 

If you don't, I want you to ask yourself have I addressed my basic needs as a

 

human being having an experience in a skin bag, right? What are skin bags basic

 

needs? Good breath, breath work, deep belly breathing,

 

left right alternate, alternate nostril breathing, Breath of fire. Have you done

 

even just one deep breath. Oh That feels good when we do it again Ready hold

 

it and breathe it out into the planet

 

Don't you just feel so much better already Have you taken a breath today?

 

Like that, a conscious meditative breath. That is actually the shortest form of

 

meditation. And PS, exhaling that breath into the planet,

 

you're releasing the energy that doesn't serve you any longer back into the planet

 

and it gets recycled by the planet. It's just like the way when we exhale,

 

we exhale carbon dioxide and plants inhale carbon dioxide and they exhale oxygen and

 

then we breathe in oxygen energetically it's that same Luke that happens between your

 

body and the planet when you release energy that doesn't serve you anymore they

 

don't need anymore right and you get refreshed you get a new a new breath a breath

 

of fresh air right that's what it's called so have you breathed Have you been

 

breathing? Have you done any movement? Have you exercised? Have you walked? Have you

 

get stretched? Yoga, whatever floats your boat. Have you done it? Have you had

 

enough rest? And have you eaten good food? Good food.

 

I'm not saying Doritos or candy or like soda pop Diet Coke.

 

I see you Diet coke fiends. I see you. Have you eaten real food?

 

Have you had a salad? Have you had a sandwich? Have you had an apple? Something

 

fresh? Okay, if you haven't done all four of those things,

 

please do that. And then also go back to step one and feel your feelings again.

 

Okay, so step three. So for step one, feel your feelings,

 

identify. Step two, how is your body feeling? Do you feel good in your body?

 

Your body must feel safe to process your feelings.

 

Okay, so three, witness the feelings that are passing through you.

 

Just like a river running through you from your crown, through your body, out your

 

feet, just let the emotions wash through you. They're meant to be actively moving,

 

flowing, like a river or tidal straight.

 

I laugh because the East River is a tidal straight. It's not a river.

 

It's one of my favorite fun New York tips as an ocean -loving ego artist.

 

So okay, so you're witnessing your feelings. Again, this is not stewing and negative

 

emotion. If you have a negative feeling, you witness it. You allow it to flow.

 

Okay.

 

If you stay with the feeling and yes, guarantee it's uncomfortable, right?

 

Discomfort is your place of growth. As my yoga Master always says, if you're not

 

growing, you're dying. Right? And the space of growth is discomfort.

 

This is why we are grateful for our big triggers that the universe gives us. Okay?

 

So you're witnessing the feelings. And as you witness them, you realize that you are

 

not those feelings that they are flowing through you that they are maybe even a

 

part of you having a feeling. It's not even the all of you experiencing that one

 

feeling it's it's part it's like water has layers right there's the surface there's

 

the mid layer there's deep waters they all have different currents and temperatures

 

and light qualities just like your emotions the more you understand about water,

 

the more you understand about yourself, actually. So love and eco -art are one.

 

(laughs) I love my life. I appreciate that you're on this journey with me.

 

So again, for sure, these emotions are uncomfortable, but as you witness them,

 

your awareness identifies the you that is observing the feelings.

 

Who am I that is witnessing these feelings? Who is that? It's the greater part of

 

you. Okay, so the fourth step, keep your attention on the feelings,

 

especially the uncomfortable ones. Just let your awareness stay there.

 

It will begin to shift. You must first allow yourself to sit in the discomfort,

 

witness the discomfort, and then you will witness a shift in that energy. I had a

 

call with a client just earlier today and she was at a nine and a half out of

 

ten really upset, but by the end of the call She was down to a three or four and

 

it's by moving through this discomfort That you can allow it to pass through you

 

and not stay stuck This is what that book heal your body is all about your

 

emotions stick They stay they get gummy stuck up in your body and they cause

 

disease and

 

all right there's another beautiful book um oh that's body keeps the score the first

 

one was body your body keeps the score i'll put the links in the bio heal your

 

body is louisa haze and uh her book is all about it's basically a chart about a

 

body part um the the like discomfort or disease in that body part what it's

 

associated with a negative emotion that tends to get stored in that part of the

 

body and then an affirmation to help reverse the mindset that created that negative

 

emotion. It's a very beautiful book. I've used it to heal myself from menstrual

 

cramps, that plus cellanite, I'll do another episode one day all about And and now

 

I have completely pain -free beautiful cycles. It's it's a pleasure it's a pleasure

 

to be a female body to be in a feminine form and to let that creativity flow

 

through me. So in this step four your attention on the feeling

 

it's It's also your love Where you put your attention You are placing your love

 

because remember you are an infinite love being If your attention the attention of

 

love being is on a certain feeling on a certain part of your body You are

 

inevitably bringing love there This is inevitable

 

That attention turns into appreciation as the feeling begins to pass from discomfort

 

into something a little more settled into peace. So the fifth point is let that

 

attention grow. Identify the attention as love. Love from your heart and with that

 

when you feel that love for this part of yourself that once felt so uncomfortable

 

step five integrate that part back into the whole of you give it a hug embrace it

 

energetically see god source energy universe embrace the two of you like you're a

 

peanut m &m the part of your body the upset part is a peanut you're the chocolate

 

and God is the candy crust, the candy core. Let all of that energy melt back into

 

your chest, into your body. Let it flow through your whole energy system,

 

marinate there. This is transmuting negative energy into love.

 

This is transmuting anything that upsets you into love.

 

This creates coherence. This is a medical term, by the way.

 

Doctors study this. It's not just crazy woo -woo science. It's real, okay?

 

Science is caught up to the woo -woo. That's how I like to see it. So when your

 

heart, your mind, and your emotions are aligned, This is coherence when they are

 

working together When your body is upset and you're angry your coherence is off,

 

right? So this process that I've just walked you through calms and aligns your

 

energy quite quickly so that you can restore coherence and a Little note here on

 

the feelings that I meant to mention and we're talking about uncomfortable feelings,

 

feelings like anger, frustration. These are feelings that we experience because we are

 

denying ourselves the realization of a different feeling or emotion like anger.

 

You experience anger because you've had a feeling that you've not allowed yourself to

 

feel over and over and over again until you get really frustrated and it turns into

 

anger, okay? And then anger gets stored in your body and your body starts to hunch

 

over and crunch over and gets diseased, okay? So when you feel angry and you keep

 

your awareness there, you will often notice a feeling below the anger.

 

You want to feel that feeling all the way through as well. In another episode,

 

perhaps I'll walk you through a very powerful tool called the Mirror Exercise, and

 

we'll talk more about all that. I have a program called Speed Hack Your Healing

 

Journey all about mirror exercise, and I'll drop the link in the bio to get that

 

video series.

 

So Your heart chakra, your heart is magnetic. This is science,

 

people, okay? It literally generates a magnetic field around your body.

 

It extends well beyond your body. Some people say three to six feet beyond your

 

skin, right? This electromagnetic field in your heart is 5 ,000 times stronger than

 

your brain's electromagnetic field.

 

That's been researched all over the place but I read it in a Psychology Today

 

article. So this is literally how the universal law of attraction works,

 

right? When you can allow coherence to occur in your system

 

And that 5 ,000 times stronger than your brain heart chakra to expand, it attracts

 

to it more things at that vibration of love, that vibration of your heart chakra,

 

where you've been able to transmute uncomfortable parts of yourself back into love.

 

You grow the capacity of your heart chakra, your energy system, your mind and your

 

body to express coherence, and to draw to you more and more and better and better.

 

This is how I've healed my life.

 

Some of you know, you know, I didn't have the easiest upbringing. I was loved,

 

but I wasn't loved in the way that I needed to be loved, and many of us have

 

that story, right? But I happen to have developed a neurological disorder, narcolepsy

 

with cataplexy, um, from that experience, from CPTSD, complex PTSD is what that

 

stands for and with what I've walked you through today and other healing techniques,

 

I've managed to put my symptoms into 90 % remission and the few symptoms that are

 

left actually work to my benefit. Like for example, when I Close my eyes to go to

 

sleep. I fall asleep within five minutes and I hit rim in about eight minutes Most

 

people it takes a couple of hours to hit rim So I find that I can take a 20

 

-minute nap and wake up completely refreshed. Can you?

 

So in that I kept the part that like served me well, right?

 

Whenever we have These kinds of diseases or disorders are You know not functioning

 

in the way that everyone else does neurodivergence. There's often a strength that's

 

that's there for you So I encourage you to identify with that part of Of your

 

disorder if you are like me and neurodivergent

 

So yeah, so your your heart chakra expands and attracts to you exactly where you're

 

vibrating and if you can raise that vibration and create that coherence you can

 

attract to you greater and greater love. So I have a little story about this.

 

I was biking to my old studio when I used to live in Greenpoint and I was biking

 

to my studio in Bushwick and as I was biking on the road I saw a nickel and it

 

made me so happy like I've never been happier about a nickel in my life I was

 

just like legit giddy about this nickel for blocks like I begged for three or four

 

blocks uphill you know huffin and puffin and I was just elated I was just so happy

 

I was like thank you thank you thank you I'm sure I had asked the universe for a

 

sign about something before I found it like I don't remember that detail but I just

 

remember being exuberant about this nickel like so stoked and then

 

a couple blocks up I stop at a crosswalk because the light is red and there's an

 

envelope sitting on the ground in front of my bicycle I pick it up I open it

 

There's a hundred and eighty dollars cash in the envelope No joke, and I look

 

around to my left to my right in front of me. There's no one around There's no

 

one to be like hey that didn't drop your envelope of a cold hard cash like There

 

was no one around And it just said thank you brother That's all it said on the

 

envelope. No name just cash and a thank you.

 

So I received it. So my nickel turned into $180 because I was just ridiculously

 

exuberant about it. Another example of this process is Jim Carrey,

 

one of the most powerful manifestors on the planet, right? Somebody who creates the

 

life of his dreams over and over and over again. And he talks about when he was a

 

waiter and a struggling actor and after work driving up Mulholland Drive every night

 

and not driving back down until he was convinced that he was the most sought -after

 

actor on the planet and he wrote himself a check for ten million dollars for acting

 

services rendered and he dated it for four years out Thanksgiving Well,

 

it was almost exactly to that time, a month, I think a month away from when he

 

wrote that check to himself, that he got his $10 million payout for acting for Dumb

 

and Dumber and that was actually the highest amount and any actor had been paid for

 

a movie to date. Now, of course, many people are paid more than that. But

 

he allowed himself to be deliriously giddy about the having of it already.

 

So I used a little nickel. He used a piece of paper, right? You can use these

 

small things to create the vibration of the greater thing.

 

And as soon as you land in that vibration, there There it is comes rushing to you.

 

So

 

What do you want to do? Do you want to complain about what's negative in your life

 

what you don't like? Or do you want to allow those feelings to flow through you

 

and Transmute them into the life of your dreams. I Highly recommend the second.

 

Highly recommend the latter.

 

So what's one action you can take right now to shift,

 

even if it's very small, your attention, your awareness, your experiences of what you

 

don't like? One thing you can do,

 

Have a story about this. Maybe this story will help you as an eco artist. I was

 

on a residency in 2022 in Sente Catarina and Puglia,

 

Southern Italy in the heel of the boot and

 

and I was working on coral projects. I was a little stuck on How and where and

 

when I was gonna site my underwater works. So I allowed myself to be guided by the

 

universe and I just said to the city like I'm here you know use me show me a way

 

I can contribute to the good to the beauty to the healing of this place and I

 

noticed the city was trashed, okay? Like there was literal trash everywhere.

 

This is a small beach town and Sente Catarina is an Italian tourist destination so

 

it's all Italians. I was the one of the only Americans there. I think I think I

 

was the only American there actually that I that I ran into. There were people from

 

other parts of Europe on this residency with me And there's just litter everywhere.

 

I started picking it up 'cause it hurts my feelings. It doesn't litter hurt your

 

feelings too, or have you numbed out to that. I invite you to feel those feelings

 

with the process I just guided you through. So I started picking it up and putting

 

it in either recycling or the trash wherever it could best be renewed.

 

And then I was like, well, you know Picking up this trash is like doing something

 

good for this one thing But like this is a systemic problem. Like this is clearly

 

like, you know, many Italians many tourists are Contributing to this problem.

 

How do I create a bigger shift? And so I started making these little trash bundles.

 

I would Collect The litter and bundled into a little bundle and you the piece of

 

litter to like tie it all together And put it under the windshield wipers of cars

 

with a note and The note was one side English one side Italian and basically just

 

said dear friend I don't know if you know this but this litter that I picked up

 

from the ground if I had left there would have Washed into the ocean. It would

 

have become microplastics and would suffocate the waters and the sea creatures and

 

you know cause all these problems for all of us. So I'm inviting you to join me

 

in doing something different, right? I'm asking you by giving this to you,

 

what are you gonna do with this lid? Are you gonna put it back on the ground? Are

 

you gonna recycle it? Are you gonna keep it? Because an artist made it and one day

 

it'll be valuable. What are you what are you gonna do? And so then

 

I'm expanding the awareness that I have of the problem and a solution to more

 

people. I picked up over a thousand pieces of trash and made like 120 little

 

bundles and over the course of like two three days I placed them all on cars.

 

Well, it turns out I placed one on a car of a photographer for the Associated

 

Press. I had no idea. I was just doing my job. I was just, you know,

 

performing the task at hand. And then suddenly my work is in La Repubblica,

 

right? It's on the, it's in the national news. And then the president of the

And then he becomes interested in choral projects. And then there's another article

 

all about choral projects and the healing work that I'm doing with underwater art.

 

And then that it just grows and grows and expands. And it's still impacting my

 

life. People that have read that article invited me to speak in Romania in November

 

on a panel about eco -art, which was awesome and so that one little thing that I

 

did different, all I did was I started picking up other people's trash that created

 

a huge sea change in my life. I couldn't have predicted that,

 

that guaranteed I had no idea that was gonna happen but that's how the universe

 

works through unexpected portals. Energy defies space and time it doesn't move in a

 

linear way like when you look at the Hicks boson and it the the way that it

 

breaks down the way that electrons and protons and you know matter that we can't

 

see moves, it's always a spiral. It's always this crazy motion, but it's got

 

pattern, it's got design. There are laws and rules, and it's not the ones that

 

we're consciously aware of. So we just have to lend ourselves to what we do know,

 

and trust that the rest works out.

 

I love sharing that story. So that art project is called Leave It Better Santa

 

Catarina and it's expanded to Leave It Better New York. There's a video about that

a little update on me. I have moved back to Manhattan after 19 months of nomadic

 

living around the world, and I am now a New Yorker.

 

I mean I was already a New Yorker, but I'm now a Manhattanite. I live on the

 

Upper West Side. I live right on Riverside Park and

 

um I don't believe in coincidence on canny uh synchronicity I'm right almost exactly

 

parallel to where my um public art installation was in 2021 by the boat basin in

 

Riverside Park um and I knew when I put that installation up I knew that site was

 

important for me I just had no idea why uh so that makes me really happy um I'm

 

so grateful. I'm so grateful for this journey.

 

So yeah, so I now live on the Upper West Side. I'm deep in my coaching work and

 

eco -art practices.

 

I've been having amazing breakthroughs with my clients. It feels really good.

 

It feels really good. I've been helping people heal their bodies, which it feels

 

like miracles. It is miracles, right? I'm just following the laws of the universe

 

and the divine guidance that channels through me and it's a high honor and a

 

privilege.

 

I've been having beautiful conversations with people. I have some recorded episodes

 

already in the bag that will come out, I'm just going to say as frequently as I

 

possibly can, okay, because I don't have that machine that a lot of people have.

 

And I'm a pretty busy person. So, you know,

 

when I'm on a project, all my attention and awareness goes there.

 

So, and moving was quite a project. Let me tell um maybe I'll make an episode all

 

about all about my move and uh in a later date um and I got a haircut which you

 

can't see because this is audio but I cut off about 12 inches of hair and I

 

donated my hair to locks of love and they make wigs for children who are

 

experiencing hair loss from cancer and allopatia and other reasons why children lose

 

hair so I'm so grateful to have grown something that another being can enjoy and as

 

I was donating the hair I had this revelation this moment of like oh like that

 

must be what it feels like for the earth to grow food for us to grow fruits and

 

vegetables for us and to know that it nurtures us like that must be that same

 

feeling. I'm really happy.

 

So there's movement for choral projects. I think that's a whole other episode that

 

we'll need to come through at some point. And the film is underway.

 

It's happening. We have a new site and development in India, which is really

 

exciting. I have a really wonderful producer with a lot of experience.

 

He's worked with Jennifer Lopez and has a lot of big projects happening right now,

 

so I'm really grateful for Angelica Robles, my executive producer,

 

connected me with him.

 

Yeah, and I'm just so happy to be grounded in this apartment,

 

which allows me actually to go deeper here with you to return to podcast episodes

 

and share these beautiful conversations about the things that are uncomfortable and

 

challenge us in this life so that we can heal together, right? It's such an honor.
